At Modern Day Duke we want you to have the best experience possible, so if you have any questions please get in touch or see our policy below.
We work hard to get your package out to you as soon as possible so you can start enjoying Modern Day Duke products straight away.
All orders placed before 1.00 Ppm will be processed on that day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). All orders placed after 1.00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and therefore we do not deliver on Sunday's or Bank Holidays. Please take this into consideration when planning the arrival of your order.
All items are provided with a tracking ID so you can see your orders progress. Please check the status of your order using the tracking numbers provided before contacting.

If the tracking information shows a delivery has been made by the courier, and the customer has a query it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. So you'll have 30 days to return any items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Simply drop us an email to let us know why you are returning the item and we will respond within 48 hours to give you the next steps.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept exchanges or process refunds & returns for any beard brushes, combs, shaving brushes and shaving sets unless the item is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
